My project was rolling out Gainsight to the AM team! Account managers have lots of places where they can find data on their customers. Salesforce, Zendesk and internal tools all collect customer information, but they live totally separately. Shuffling between these tools and maintaining them separately is a huge pain point for AMs. Gainsight solves this by centralizing information and automating things based on different data!
